Committees
This committee serves as a liaison to educational institutions to bring pertaining information and opportunities to individuals, young and adults, and agencies. The committee oversees trainings, information dissemination and other related educational endeavors, as it promotes the Coalition’s vision and mission. It aspires to improve the participation of Hispanic/Latino youth and their families in educational, recreational, and social activities. The goals are to empower our youth by providing meaningful learning and recreational opportunities to them, and to assist in the promotion of the organization’s vision and mission.
This committee aims at addressing health issues as it pertains to the Hispanic/Latino community. Its goals are to provide information and services to the community, assist in attainment of quality healthcare, and promote the Coalition’s vision and mission.
Engaging media representatives, key stakeholders and the community at-large, it’s the purpose of this committee. Its goals are to increase public awareness on issues related to the Hispanic/Latino community, solicit participation in the coalition’s efforts, promote the organization’s vision and mission, and establish and maintain a continuous presence in the community.
Its purpose is to actively seek, recruit, and maintain members in the organization. This committee aims at increasing the general membership and to assist in the promotion of the Coalition’s vision and mission.
Its purpose is to assess the needs of the Hispanic/Latino community, make existing resources available to them, and assist in the production/acquisition of other resources as identified. The goals are to increase community awareness, solicit volunteer and agency participation, and help in the promotion of the Coalition’s vision and mission.
